I am going to try and make this one a quickie as I have lots to do tonight!
Because I haven’t run since last Friday, I was determined to get a short jog in this evening. I’m thinking that may have been a little foolish of me because my hip hurts? Man, I just hate when my body isn’t in 100% running mode!
Since my new goal for the month is to incorporate upper and lower body strength training 2 days a weeks, I decided do follow through with my new plan and do some Bosu Ball exercises tonight.
I did:
- Lunges with bicep curls
- Leg abduction
- Kickbacks
- Bridge
Details and instructions can be found on my Bosu Ball workouts page.
Dinner was was eggs, veggies, and leftover sausage.

Check out this brownish, purplish, greenish pepper we got. Is it supposed to look like that?
In addition to the above pepper, I also chopped:
- Onion
- Scallions
- Spinach

I sauteed the veggies for a few minutes before I added the sausage

And I attempted to have an omelette, but the fold over did not go as planned

Whoops. Any tips?
I ended up just scrambling them.

Which turned out well! Topped with tobasco of course.

Would it really have tasted any different in omelet form anyway?
Off to pack and whatnot! Have a good night!
How do you prefer your eggs (scrambled, poached, over-easy, omelette, etc)?
