Oh how I wish I was there right now. I’m so jealous of my brother and sister -in-law who will be there in a month!
Last night I had a chance to try the South of France soap and lotions that Tim from Good Health Products sent me.

“South of France products are made in small batches using traditional French recipes using natural ingredients. Our products are sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate free, phthlate free, paraben free and we never test on animals. We gaurantee that we have a product and a fragrance that’s just right for you.”
Not only is it important to eat foods that are good for you, but what you put on your skin is just as important to your health. And becuase South of France produces are made with all natural ingredients, they’re good for you!
I tried the Acai Pomegranate soap.

Check out the size of the bar! It’s huge! And smells wonderful. I loved it!
I also tried both of the Pure Gardena and Lime Basil lotions.

Both had very nice, subtle scents are were not greasy. They get a two thumbs up! A reminder that you can get 15% of all Good Health products until the end of October!
So this morning has not been off to a good start, hence my late post, and I could not be happier that it’s Friday. Finally…
Breakfast this morning was a happy one though! Scrambled eggs with:
- Green peppers
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Pepper jack cheese

As well some tabasco!

Are you proud that I’m slowly weaning off having cereal every day?
I also had two slices of whole wheat bread.

Topped with AB.

So good.

All of it.
I have to work through lunch today. Yipee! Not. So I packed a spinach salad.

On top is:
- Carrots
- Red peppers
- Green peppers
- Mushrooms
- Feta
And I brought a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with me for dressing.
Additionally, I brought some Humbles and hummus! This will be sure to cheer me up later :)

And to include a fruit, I brought a nectarine.

Happy Friday y’all. Hopefully your Friday has been off to a better start than mine! I promise my next post will be more upbeat :)
Anyone have any fun plans for the weekend? I have a lot of errands to run and some cleaning to do, but other than that I hope to get some relaxation and exercise in.

you are one veggie packed girl today, so proud! haha. your scramble looks awesome. i’ve been seeing so many good recipes using eggs lately that i’ve been craving them even though i’m not a huge fan!
have a great day!
I’m studying the entire weekend for an exam on Tuesday…bahhh…I’d rather be in the South of France :)
