Happy Wednesday! It has been a few weeks since I’ve done What it it Wednesday, so today I will leave you with a word scramble.

What is it?

Breakfast was on the simple side this morning. A bowl of cereal!
I mixed All Bran Bran Buds and Kashi Cinnamon Harvest.
And topped it off with blueberries and blackberries.
I also added a spoonful of peanut butter for some staying power and to balance out my meal with some healthy fat and protein.
While this morning’s breakfast wasn’t all that noteworthy, my weekend breakfasts were!
Sunday morning I had a stack o’ pancakes.
With vanilla Oikos and blueberries and black berries in between each layer.
We used two different mixes for the pancakes. Half Aunt Jamima (my trusted childhood brand!) and half Hodgson Mill.
Some day I will begin making my pancakes from scratch. Someday :)
Another noteworthy breakfast was our Memorial Day breakfast.
Sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches!
Chris scrambled eggs with spinach, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.
And we used Whole Foods brand sausages.
This may be my all time favorite breakfast item.
A side of fruit added some more balance.
Watermelon, blueberries, and blackberries.
I love, love, love breakfast! I don’t know how anyone in their right mind could ever skip breakfast.
Even though I used to eat cereal for breakfast every morning (during the week), I love cereal and looked forward to eating it! But now that I’ve added oats, smoothies, eggs in a hole, and yogurt and granola to my breakfast rotation, I look forward to breakfast even more!
